Live Wait Times at DMVs
Packed with mobile-friendly features and an intuitive user experience, MyTN puts an entire catalog of government services at your fingertips including live wait times at Driver Services Centers across the state.
Felony Offender Lookup
A number of public safety resources are available on MyTN including FOIL search. This free resource allows Tennesseans to search for felony offenders who are, or who have been, in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Correction.
Health Inspection Scores
MyTN allows Tennesseans to access health inspection scores from restaurants and retail stores that prepare food, including grocery stores and convenience markets. It also includes scores for hotels, hospitals, schools and food trucks’ central kitchens. Users will have access to the last three inspection scores for each business and if any violations were cited.

Single Sign-On
MyTN uses Single sign-on (SSO) as an authentication method to enable users to securely authenticate with multiple applications and websites by using just one set of credentials.
Multi-Factor Authentication
As an additional security layer, MyTN uses Multi-Factor Authentication, which requires users to identify themselves by more than just a username and password. MyTN will send this as a one-time code via text message, voice message, or email.
ID-Proofing Capabilities
As a third layer of security, MyTN is integrated with identity proofing. This process will ask users to verify themselves by answering some questions.
